TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders must be made 6 weeks prior to your wedding. If your wedding is in less than 6 weeks please call our office immediately to discuss the availability for a last minute order. $100 deposit is required to secure your order. All deposits are non-refundable.

Final payment must be made no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding date to avoid cancellation of your order. Cancelled orders with more than 4 weeks notice before wedding date - full refund - less deposit of $100. Orders cancelled within 4 weeks of the wedding date - no refund permitted.

As there is a short turn around period between payment due date and the order preparation date, to avoid disappointment please ensure you settle your account on time.

Credit Card payment - payment made by bankcard, mastercard or visa card will incur a $2.50 credit card transaction fee - for each transaction we process on your card. Deposit and final payments are made separately, each will be subject to a transaction fee of $2.50. Please ensure this amount is added to your final total
